Responsibilities:
Participate in supplier selection process by assessing its capability in the areas of engineering, process and quality control. Perform quality system audit or process audit before new suppliers’ phase in or process change at supplier side.To ensure the stability of supplier quality in mass production, closely work with R&D during new components development phase, include, support inspection for prototypes, review manufacturing process of the components, check the testing and inspection process at supplier side, review the component’s test certificate before design transfer finished.Transfer technical documents to suppliers and keep them up to date. Ensure the technical requirements are understood and implemented well at supplier side.Work with R&D, PQM and EN team to define the material inspection requirement. Conduct quality check & related test, including FAI, IQC, CTQ test etc.Handle daily cases caused by material quality issue, and support production line to escape unessential downtime.Evaluate the quality performance of suppliers, keep close communication with suppliers to timely feedback the quality performance, continuously push for quality improvement Review the incoming inspections results and quality status for components regularly, dynamically adjust incoming inspection items, coordinate supplier quality case analysis, drive and monitor the corrective and preventive actions to be implemented in supplier side.Other tasks assigned by superior.Requirements:
At least 3 years of working experience in supplier quality management or quality control relevant jobsBachelor’s degree in quality or technology fields.
