Areas of Responsibilties: • Responsible for leading the AI-Rad Companion Product & Development team in Shanghai, China to build and implement the portfolio roadmap, localization strategy, partnership strategy and drive the development & commercial availability of leading Imaging AI solutions to bring SHS in a leading position in China Healthcare Imaging AI field. • Responbile for developing projects’ target achievements, along with the team’s lean coaching and iterative planning within the agile setup. • Reponsible to identify risks & issues and setup mitigation measures (including enablement of the teams) to resolve them. You will provide guidance & decisions with the team regarding interactions and dependencies. • Responsible for leading the team in establishing a close & effective collaboration and partnership with the Global AIRC team at various geographic locations. • You will work in an agile and innovative Digital Health field, driving end-to-end R&D activities enabling the team to drive prototype incubation, pre-development all the way to bringing products to the market (including obtaining necessary NMPA licenses).• You will bring solid technical knowhow in Imaging AI to lead & coach the team to select solution concepts, algorithms and technologies that are sustainable and economic from the business perspective. • You will drive & coach the team to evaluate China market potential, functional and workflow needs, technical feasibility and profitable feasibility of portfolio & functional requirements together with Portfolio & Product Management team globally. • You will represent China market towards the Global AIRC team and influence positively on the formation of strategy, roadmap and portfolio formation of artificial intelligence applications on the global level.• Responsible for regular preparation and transparent communication of the project status and mitigation plans to all stakeholders involved. • Understand the needs of healthcare providers in China and around the globe, enabling the team to forster a customer-centric design thinking.• Demonstrate ability to attract & retain exceptional talents and to forster a highly agile & passionate start-up culture within the team and march towards joint mandates for breakthrough success.• Your tasks include scaling of the team, resource and budget planning, steering of project plans as well as the control of the overall targets of the projects.Other tasks assigned by superior.
Experience • Broad understanding of the healthcare industry, radiology, medical imaging products and clinical workflow is required.• Experience in product management and in leading data analytics projects is required. • Experience in working with cross-functional team and directly with R&D, marketing and sales is preferred.• Experience with end-to-end DevOps software development, product life cycle management and agile development is preferred.
Education Master Degree or PhD in computer science, medicine, electrical engineering, physics or related subject.
