Your role:

Develop, establish, maintain and optimize a consistent QMS in the SSME XP BU.

Planning and controlling of quality requirements realization in all SSME XP functions including MK, R&D,SCM, with close interactions/collaboration with SSME supporting functions, e.g RA&QM, SPR etc.

Full responsibility for QMS of the SSME XP and its effectiveness.

Definition of policy and operational targets related to customer satisfaction, fulfilling regulatory requirements,

process and product quality for agreement by SSME XP General Manager.

Regular reporting on target achievement and performing management reviews with SSME XP management.

An integral part of the function is the implementation and the control of the mandatory elements of Siemens Quality Management (see task list) and internal assessments to what maturity level these elements are performed.

>7 years in engineering or in medical industry>3 years in people management positionBachelor or above in engineering
