Mission:1) AOI (SMT/THT) test pseudo rate first level support .AOI (SMT/THT)误报率调试技术支持。2) Collect and feedback real defects missing by AOI, and checking the improvement.AOI漏判的信息收集及反馈, 并且追踪改善后效果。3) Assist visual inspector to clear AOI WIP, ensure APS following rete.协助目检人员AOI APS每日计划达成。
Responsibilities:1）First level support to AOI (SMT/THT) engineer for test pseudo improvement, and record the details. AOI (SMT/THT) 1st Level误报异常的产品进行拦截并执行初步优化，同时做好详细记录.2）Regularly checking AOI SPC performance, and assist engineer on high pseudo improvement. 定期查看SPC数据是否在目标值内，通知并协助工程师对高误报率的产品进行改善 及优化。 3） Collect and feedback real defects missing by AOI (SMT/THT). AOI出现制程不良或物料漏检的问题进行及时反馈。4) AOI (SMT/THT)equipment maintenance. 根据维护和保养指南对AOI设备定期维护和保养。 5) Collect visual inspetors’s training requirements and assist engineer to train operators. 收集产线操作员培训要求，协助工程师提升操作员技能水平.6) Regularly report to supervisor and engineer for AOI (SMT/THT)related topics. 定期向生产主管和工程师反馈AOI (SMT/THT)相关的问题和改善意见.7) Monthly summary AOI (SMT/THT)operators KPI.(SMT/THT)统计目检人员每个月KPI数据的收集及分析. 8) Other tasks assigned by the supervisor and shift leader. 主管或组长交代的其他工作。
Requirement:
1）3 years PCBA AOI experience. 3年以上PCBA AOI设备相关经验。2) Familiar with IPC-A-610 ,know electronic components functions ,good office software skill . 熟悉IPC-A-610 ,对电子组件的功能和相关知识有一定的了解，能够熟练地使用Office软件。3) Basic English skill 能够看懂简单英文。4) Good communication and team work spirit. 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神. 5) have good senese of quality and CIP. 良好的品质&持续改善意识
