Mission:
1) Production RF functional test related issues first level technical support.生产线射频功能测试相关问题一线技术支持。2) RF function test fixtures, equipment, test robot and test system regular maintenance, first level support for troubleshooting and repair.射频功能测试夹具，测试设备，测试机械手和测试系统的日常维护与保养，故障诊断和维修的一线支持。3) Assist in RF production test on the production line to ensure the implementation of daily testing operation.协助产线的射频生产测试，保证每日的测试计划顺利达成。
Areas of Responsibilities:
1) First level analysis support for RF function test related issues proposed by production line, and record the details. 对产线的射频功能测试相关故障提供一线技术支持与分析，同时做好相应的记录.2) Responsible for the regular maintenance of RF test fixtures, equipment, robot and systems; first level failure analysis and problem solving. 负责射频测试夹具，设备，机械手和系统的日常维护；一线问题分析和解决。3) Assist or complete non-periodical, non-standard test related verification or maintenance under the guidance of test engineers. 协助或在测试工程师的指导下完成非周期性，非标准的测试相关验证维护工作。4) According to the training and instructions by test engineer, be able to do the complex product test issue analysis and diagnosis independently. 根据测试工程师的培训和指导，能独立进行复杂产品测试问题分析与诊断。 5) Collect the requirements and suggestions of test technician and assist supervisor to improve the ability of test technician. 收集产线技术员需求及建议，协助主管提升操作员的技能水平.6) Regularly report to supervisor and engineer for RF function test related topics. 定期向生产主管和工程师反馈射频测试相关的问题和改善意见. 7) Other tasks assigned by the manager. 经理交代的其他工作。
Qualifications and Experiences:
1) >=3 years RF testing related experience is preferred. 3年及以上射频测试相关工作经验优先2) Familiar with the operation and use of commonly used RF testing equipment, such as signal sources, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, etc. 熟悉常用的射频测试设备，例如信号源，频谱分析仪，网络分析仪等的操作及使用。3) Ability to read and analyze circuit diagrams, experience of RF circuits analysis is preferred. 能对印刷电路板电路图进行基本的阅读及分析，有射频电路分析经验优先。4) Experience of using LabView/TestStand in developing, debugging, and test programs maintenance is preferred. 有使用LabView, TestStand进行测试程序开发或调试及维护经验优先。5) Ability to read and write in English. 能够用英语进行读写。 6) Good learning and communication skills, teamwork spirit and Quality&Continuous Improvement Awareness. 良好的学习及沟通能力和团队合作精神，以及品质&持续改善意识。
