Senior Manager, Frontline marketing – Philippines
Line Manager for this role will be the Frontline Marketing Director East

As a Frontline Senior Brand Manager, Philippines, you will manage bottler alignment on the marketing agenda: portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, Direct Marketing Expense (DME) investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and Integrated Marketing Experience (IMX) Campaigns in partnership with Customer & Commercial Leadership (C&CL) and Franchise Leadership.

What You’ll Do for Us
Focus & Scope
Actively work on regional market development to ensure the right implementation of projectsProvide market input for the development of Organizational Unit (OU) and market-level Innovation projectsProvide input to localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns within the regionInput into End-2-End consumer & shopper engagement strategy and Identify region specific engagement opportunitiesManage brand activation at the local level, including Point of Sale (POS) activations & promos and experiential marketing and events (leveraging mkt assets), in coordination with bottlersSupport the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customersKEY SUCCESS PARAMETERS
Experience
Significant marketing and leadership experience (8-10 years)Direct experience with marketing activation in PhilippinesBusiness, commercial and financial acumenExperience working with The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) external partners (bottlers and customers)Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferredWork Focus
Ability to provide region specific input on marketing strategy and plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights) and other key elements of broader OU strategy, as necessaryAbility to develop relationships with key bottlers and ensure alignment and buy-in on mkt agendaAbility to lead negotiations and alignment with key stakeholdersAbility to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with BottlersAbility to identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessaryCommunication Focus
Role will interact frequently with Region Franchise leadership teams, Region C&CL team, Bottlers and external parties (activation agencies, media)Role will also require regular communication with OU Front-Line Marketing Lead, OU IMX teamKEY KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
