Job Summary:  

The Stables Attendant will be responsible for the daily care of the horses and stables. If you have an interest in working with horses, this is the perfect position for you! No experience required. Help create an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests! 

 

Job Specifications:  

Housing: May Be Available

Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.78 / hour

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time & Part Time

Skill Level: Entry Level 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facilities managed by stables crew.  

Daily care for the draft horses includes cleaning up the corrals as well as feeding them.  

Able to pick hooves, brush, harness and bridle the draft horses 

Assist with trail rides by helping guests on and off horses.  

Tacking/bridling trail horses 

Greet guests, check them in and ensure accurate completion of release forms; take payment. 

Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements: 

We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary 

Desire to learn and grow 

Must be able to communicate fluently in English  

Must be able to lift 50lbs  

Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours 

Experience working with horses - preferred 

Must be able to work in all weather conditions 

 

Additional requirements for hires under age 18:

Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law; such as a work permit, physician's note, and/or proof of birthdate

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.78. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
