As Production/Installation/Service Engineer in our entity, you will be responsible for handling Production/Installation/Service operations as shown in the separate job description. [Production Engineer] Manufacturing High Performance Door and its parts Quality checking Production automation [Installation Engineer] Installation of High-Performance Door Dismantlement and reinstallation of High-Performance Door [Service Engineer] Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers Analysing customer satisfaction Scheduling and handling repair requests Responding customer query via phone and email about the problem in our products Ensuring customer satisfaction, quality and financial results are met

You stay near Hwa-sung City in South Korea You have ability to troubleshoot different technologies and communicate complex technical concepts to individuals with minimal knowledge You can have frequent domestic travel (sometimes international travel) You are expected to be self-motivated, and take initiatives at all times You hold driver license
