What You Will Get To Do:

Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations and supporting schedulesAssist with monthly expense analyses and upload large volume journal entries for the teamSupport Accounting team with various ad-hoc analyses and management reportingAssist with monthly bank account reconciliations for all of the Company’s global bank accountsManage and reconcile ad hoc bank transactions on a daily basisAssist with monthly prepaid and deferred rent entries and reconciliationsOwn the proper scheduling of all prepaid supplier invoice transactionsOther ad-hoc tasks and analyses as neededParticipate in the quarterly financial statement reviews, year-end audit, and statutory audits

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in AccountingPreferably 1-2 years of relevant accounting experienceIn-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting requirementsProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and OutlookExtremely strong written and verbal communication skills are essentialExperience with Workday or other SaaS-based systems a plusInnovative self-starter capable of working independentlyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple competing prioritiesAnalytical with well-developed problem-solving skills
