Description Are you a detail-oriented accounting professional looking to join a team that values precision and growth? We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support our accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Responsibilities: + Prepare and process journal entries and account reconciliations. + Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. + Create financial reports and review for accuracy and compliance. + Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. + Analyze financial data for trends, discrepancies, and variances. + Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. + Support budgeting and forecasting activities. + Collaborate with external auditors during audits to ensure compliance. + Apply knowledge of regulatory compliance, such as GAAP and other relevant guidelines. + Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing and reports. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 2+ years of accounting experience (staff accountant or similar role). + Strong knowledge of ERP software and advanced Excel skills. + Familiarity with financial reporting and GAAP compliance. + Demonstrated analytical abilities and attention to detail. + Experience with month-end and year-end closing processes. + CPA certification preferred but not required. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. + Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
