Key Responsibilities: + Maintain, reconcile, and analyze general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. + Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, while supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes. + Manage invoicing, vendor payments, and collections to ensure timely and accurate transactions. + Work alongside operational teams to analyze costs and profitability related to HVAC projects and services. + Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry-specific requirements. + Partner with management and operations teams to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + At least 2 years of accounting experience; HVAC industry experience is a plus but not required. + Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and Microsoft Excel. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. + CPA or CMA preferred but not mandatory.
