As a Staff Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and post journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and assist with month-end and year-end close processes. + Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP. + Support the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses. + Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to auditor inquiries. + Help implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting. + Collaborate cross-functionally with departments including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll.
