Job Details Employment Type: [Full-time | Temporary-to-Hire | Contract] Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and maintain financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and monthly financial reports. + Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies in a fast-paced hospitality environment. + Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor relationships and billing cycles. + Assist with payroll processing and collaborate with the HR department. + Utilize Jonas Software to support financial operations, analyze data, and generate insights to aid decision-making. + Support budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for hotel operations. + Assist with audits and implement recommendations to improve financial efficiency. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. + 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. + Expertise in Jonas Software is required (prior experience is non-negotiable). + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting systems commonly used in hospitality. + Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail and accuracy. + Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
