Job Description

  

Responsibilities:

Preparation and posting of journal entriesPreparation of account analysis, roll forwards and other analysis required for the month end closeAssist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with accounting standardsAssist with budget/forecasts for multiple lines of products by functional area and direct the preparation of consolidated monthly reports that evaluate budget to actual performanceReconcile various accounts, including bank accounts and general ledger accounts, to ensure accuracy and identify discrepanciesProcess and prepare monthly commission statementsAdminister corporate credit card programFixed asset management including acquisitions and disposalsPreparation/Review of Monthly Sales Tax FilingsResearch and resolve sales tax discrepancies and issues

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting3+ years public accounting experience or experience for a public companyAbility to work with dynamic and changing requirements on a regular basisProvide excellent customer service to our internal and external customersExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and have excellent problem solving and analytical skillsMust be adaptable to changes in the work environmentProficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables & Vlookup), Word and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Accounting experience in a manufacturing company preferredExperience in Sales Tax Filing is a plusKnowledge of BAAN general ledger system and Infor BPA consolidation tool a plus

  

Salary Range:

$61,600.00-$82,100.000
