Your Impact:

Perform accounting duties for acquisitions. By Taking the lead in the onboarding process signifies a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ensuring that new acquisitions are smoothly integrated.Review monthly financial statements from acquisitions outside of integrated systems for inclusion in consolidated financial statements
Review monthly EBITDA reports and research variances to provide commentary to management and other stakeholdersWorking alongside the M&A Corporate Accounting Supervisor highlights a collaborative approach, which is crucial for aligning financial strategies and operational goals.By actively contributing to the integration of new teams and cultures, you pave the way for innovation and adaptability, essential traits for organizations in a rapidly changing market.A proactive mindset can lead to the establishment of best practices in integration processes, making future acquisitions smoother and more effective.

Successful Candidate will Have:

Minimum of 3+ years of accounting experienceAccounting degree requiredPossess excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think critically and make recommendations to solve problems.Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, esp. Microsoft Office Suite and comfort working in a paperless environmentExceptional organization and time-management skillsSelf-starter, professional and assertiveWillingness to learn and be inquisitiveAbility to handle a fast-paced, challenging work environment

At Risk Strategies Company, base pay is one part of our total compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive suite of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement savings, The total compensation for a position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. The expected base pay range for this position is between $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including geographical location, education, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
