Description • Oversee the management of Fixed Assets, recording all additions, deletions, and moves. • Record all depreciation expenses and make necessary entries in the General Ledger. • Provide assistance during month-end closing and generate relevant reports. • Distribute required 1099 Forms accurately and in a timely manner. • Conduct reconciliation of Operating, HCV, and other banking and investment accounts and prepare associated monthly reports. • Compile and submit all PH Operating subsidy submissions. • Utilize Accounting Software Systems to perform various accounting functions and audits. • Maintain Fixed Asset Records and ensure accuracy of General Ledger. • Use Yardi for accounting functions and to reconcile bank accounts. • Perform other tasks as directed, adhering to the principles of the Non-Profit industry. Requirements • Possess a minimum of one year of experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit industry • Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems • Demonstrable experience in handling various Accounting Functions • Prior experience in Auditing is preferred • Familiarity with Yardi software would be advantageous • Ability to manage and maintain the General Ledger • Experience in managing Fixed Asset Records • Knowledge of Form 1099 and its applications • Ability to Reconcile Bank Accounts accurately and efficiently • The applicant must be legally eligible to work in the location of the job Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
