Phoenix Homecare and Hospice is currently seeking a Staff Accountant to join our Springfield, Mo team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. This candidate will also have the ability to work under tight deadlines and provide a high level of customer service and analytics. This position will be based out of our Phoenix office in Springfield, Missouri and will report directly to the Director of Finance.

Requirements:
Team player with strong collaboration and cooperation abilities Highly detail oriented Ability to research issues, make recommendations, and pick up quickly on new systems and processes Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Basic knowledge of FASB requirements, & Generally Accepted Accounting Principles Must have strong written and verbal communication skills and have the ability to work with all types of individuals Experience with Sage Intact a plusEducation and Experience
