Kforce has a client that is seeking a Staff Accountant in Saint Louis, MO. Responsibilities: * Staff Accountant will review and post data entry to accounting software (experience with MIP/Abila is a preference) * Perform account reconciliations and prepare workpapers for various general ledger accounts * Prepare related journal entries for review * Assist with account clean-up as necessary * Record changes in and reconcile fixed asset records * Other accounting support level duties as assigned * Prepare monthly bank reconciliations * Prepare and enter monthly journal entries * Prepare monthly client financial packages * As a Staff Accountant, you will maintain balance sheet reconciliations * Maintain in-house platform and update internal processes for efficiency * Analysis of financials - cash flow, actual to budget * Special projects and other duties as assigned
