The Opportunity –Aero Precision is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team. This position will be involved in accounts receivable, accounts payable, and various general accounting responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, committed, a team player, and capable of managing a range of accounting tasks independently. Key Responsibilities + Process and enter vendor invoices into accounts payable. + Enter credit card receipts and manage coding. + Prepare customer invoices and apply customer payments. + Enter banking transactions into accounting system and ensure proper coding in general ledger. + Reconcile bank statements. + Prepare month-end close journal entry vouchers and account reconciliations. + Provide information to external auditors. + Able to identify growth opportunities within the department. + Other accounting duties as deemed necessary. Requirements + Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (or equivalent experience). + Strong attention to detail and organization skills. + Ability to manager multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. + Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. + Excellent communication and teamwork skills. + Flexible in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. + Experience in ERP systems, SAP strongly preferred.
