We are seeking a Staff Accountant based in our corporate headquarters in Hanover, MD.
Responsibilities
The Staff Accountant for Treasury manages key treasury functions, including daily cash reporting and cash forecasting. This role performs quarterly treasury audits and monthly reconcilements.

Daily Cash ReportingCash forecastingQuarterly Treasury AuditsMonthly Bank, Loan, and Credit Card ReconcilementsAdministrate Treasury Platforms User and RightsERP Treasury Setup and MaintenanceTreasury Implementation and Migration ProjectsPrepare Treasury JournalsInvestigate Banking IssuesOther Responsibilities as neededQualifications Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, ORBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and related field with 2+ years of relevant experience, OR5-7 years of progressive experience in treasury, accounting, or finance roles in lieu of a degreeTreasury experience preferred.Strong understanding of cash management, forecasting, and financial reporting principles.Proficiency in ERP systems and treasury management software.Advanced knowledge of Excel, including functions and data analysis tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.Adherence to confidentiality Additional Information
Salary Range: $50-75K per year
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
