Description Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This role will involve a variety of general accounting responsibilities, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end and year-end closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be eager to contribute to the success of a growing organization. Key Responsibilities: + Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements. + Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations. + Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. + Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger. + Monitor and analyze financial transactions for accuracy and compliance. + Support audits and assist with the preparation of schedules for external auditors. + Assist with budget preparation and forecasting. Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. (Required) + 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field. + Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g. NetSuite, SAP). + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other office software. + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
