Reference ID: BR0013139796 Our client, a Real Estate/ Property Management company in the Vernon/ Manchester area, has partnered with Robert Half in their search for a Staff Accountant to join their team! The role involves a variety of accounting tasks in a detail-oriented setting. You will be part of a dedicated team, focusing on maintaining financial records, executing bank reconciliations, and performing month-end close procedures on multiple properties. Responsibilities: • Handle general ledger activities and ensure accuracy of financial records. • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial data. • Prepare and post journal entries as part of the financial reporting process. • Utilize Yardi Software for efficient financial management and reporting. • Participate in the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. • Manage accounts payable operations to ensure timely and accurate payment processing. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Staff Accountant role or similar • Demonstrated proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) • Proven experience in performing Bank Reconciliations • Solid understanding and experience with General Ledger management • Proficiency in preparing and posting Journal Entries • Experience in performing Month End Close processes • Familiarity with Yardi Software is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
