This is a hybrid role based out of our New London, CT office. We are unable to provide sponsorship for work authorization.
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to assist in maintaining accounting operations for our Foodservice SaaS company!
Your Impact:
Help maintain accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and collections Assist in month-end process including preparation of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations in a timely manner Oversee accounting queue; corresponding with vendors, clients and employees regarding AP or billing-related matters Work with all levels of department personnel Support with special projects, reporting, and ad hoc requestsAbout You:
Minimum of 2 years of work experience College degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field High Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly Aptitude for solving problems Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills Meticulous attention to detailDon’t meet every requirement mentioned here?
