Description
Process and manage accounts payable transactions
Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures
Verify and reconcile vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments
Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations
Manage and coordinate real estate/personal property tax and payroll tax payments and filings
Assist in preparation of year-end and interim personal financial statements
Communicate financial information effectively to management
Assist in other corporate accounting and administrative duties as needed

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an accountant or bookkeeper with 5+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
Experience in construction/hospitality/property management preferred but not required
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Acumatica and/or QuickBooks Enterprise experience is a plus
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $40.00/hr.
