These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​ We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins. **Job Description** **Responsibilities** + The staff accountant will work closely with senior staff accountants, Site Controller, Treasury and the Executive Finance team to support different aspects of the financial reporting cycle + Complete month-end close procedures; journal entry calculation and processing, general ledger account analysis, monthly accrual calculation and review. + Prepare general ledger account reconciliations + Research and analyze transactions for proper accounting treatment and coding + Prepare support schedules for external auditor requests + Support and conduct Internal Control audit tasks + Support ad-hoc accounting projects **Requirements** + 3-5 years of professional experience in a corporate manufacturing accounting setting + Experience with performing accounting duties for a large, multi-site, international public company a plus + Ability to efficiently organize and manage multiple priorities and work well under time pressures + Exceptional attention to detail + Exceptional analytical and communication skills + Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including power point + Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookup, macros, etc.) + Experience with SAP a plus + Public company experience a plus + Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and establish priorities + You must also enjoy working in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment where accuracy is key **Education** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or equivalent experience + CPA a plus + Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce Applicants must be either a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, legal permanent resident, asylee, refugee or must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce. **Salary Range:** $77,000.00-$102,600.000 **Pay Transparency** The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
