Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in the financial sector, located in HONOLULU, Hawaii. We are seeking a Staff Accountant who will play a crucial role in our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, and executing job costing procedures. Responsibilities: • Oversee the process of account reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy. • Manage and execute job costing procedures. • Handle the preparation of financial statements. • Oversee the accounts receivable process to ensure timely payments. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting for financial planning. • Manage the accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices. • Handle payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely compensation for staff members. • Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports to ensure accurate financial reporting. • Assist with budgeting and forecasting to help guide financial decisions.
