Description + Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring timely payments and collections. Monitor aged receivables and follow up on overdue accounts. + Perform monthly bank and balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring that all accounts are accurate, and discrepancies are resolved promptly. + Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls to safeguard financial information. + Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring that all journal entries are accurate and completed in a timely manner. + Support the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports. + Assist with the preparation of sales tax, and other statutory filings as needed.
