Our client, a dynamic and growing company, is looking for a skilled Accountant to join their team! What You'll Do: + Perform a variety of general accounting activities in areas such as AR & AP, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, Global Financial Reporting, Internal Auditing, Inventory Control, and Payroll. + Engage in account reconciliations, month-end closings, assisting with internal audits, cost allocations, and supporting inventory system enhancements. + Ensure all accounting work aligns with GAAP principles and provides accurate financial reports. + Assist in ensuring compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and SEC reporting requirements. + Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to support accounting processes and drive company success. + Proactively suggest improvements to existing processes and contribute to efficiency and accuracy. + Take on special projects and ad-hoc requests as needed. What You’ll Need (Qualifications): + A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (strongly preferred) or equivalent relevant experience. + Prior accounting experience or training is strongly preferred. + A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must. + A CPA license or the desire to obtain one is highly preferred.
