Job Title: Staff Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Staff Accountant to join our team in Lake Oswego, OR.

Essential Skills:2-3+ years of experience as a General Ledger Accountant.Proficiency in journal entries, reconciliations, general ledger, and month-end close processes.Basic understanding of transactional functions such as AR/AP/Payroll.Excel experience, including Pivot Table and VLOOKUP.Experience with Viewpoint software.Knowledge of construction accounting.Job Description:Review, preparation and analysis of all work papers and draft of financial statements for various entities.Bank ReconciliationsAccounts Payable for overhead invoices - research, allocate, data entry, payable inquiries and cut checks weekly. Accounts Receivable for construction activities- receipting and following up on aged.General Ledger – record adjusting journal entries.
