Delaware North Gaming is hiring a Staff Accountant to join our team at Orange City Poker Room in Orange City, Florida. As a Staff Accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the finance function by completing tasks related to revenue audit, month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, account analysis, and compliance. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $45,800 – $59,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do? Manage monthly close process including journal entries, account analysis, and financial reporting  Oversee daily revenue audit and weekly financial reporting  Support the Director of Finance with budgeting and forecasting  Ensure bank reconciliations, sales tax filings, daily reporting, and special projects are completed efficiently 

More about you Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business in related field required  Must have a minimum of two years of accounting experience  Strong Excel experience Problem solving skills, ability to analyze data and to do a high volume of accurate work  Must be able to obtain a gaming license with the Florida Gaming Control Commission 

Physical requirements Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds
