Compensation Range

The base pay scale for this position is $31.87 - $48.36. In addition, this position will be eligible for additional benefits consistent with the role. The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to: scope of role, level of experience, education, accomplishments, internal equity, budget, and subject to Fair Market Value evaluation. The hiring range listed is a good faith determination of potential compensation at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future.

Summary

Provide our world-renowned healthcare team with comprehensive financial support.  We'll rely on you to prepare journal entries for all monthly clinical trial activities. You will analyze Clinical Research contracts and be responsible for billing related to those contracts through our Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS). You will review and reconcile research related patient care activity in EPIC. Your scope of responsibilities will also include analyzing all clinical trial accounts, tracking and monitoring Clinical Trial receivables, processing Personnel Change Forms to allocate staff on clinical trial accounts, updating monthly deficit list and processing cash receipts. You will prepare account analysis and work on special projects as needed. You will assist with the Uniform Grant Guidance annual audit.

Requirements

The successful candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with three to five years’ experience a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience using a computerized general ledger system a plus. Candidates are expected to have good written and verbal communications skills.
