1.\tCredit Card & Expenses
o\tCode and attach receipts in QuickBooks.
o\tReview and reconcile credit card transactions, including adding project numbers for large charges.
o\tVerify bank fees and ensure proper recording in program columns.
2.\tBilling & Payments
o\tEnter monthly bills into QuickBooks.
o\tPull and organize statements for auto-paid bills (utilities, leases, and insurance).
3.\tPurchasing & Vendor Management
o\tEnter purchase orders (POs) into the system and run open PO detail reports.
o\tCoordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.
4.\tPayroll Support
o\tReview reimbursement requests and ensure timely processing.
o\tRecord journal entries for payroll expenses, PTO usage, and labor costs.
5.\tMonth-End Reporting
o\tAssist in preparing P&L reports, year-to-date financial details, and open PO reports.
o\tUpdate and reconcile GL support schedules for assets and liabilities (e.g., receivables, prepaid expenses, accrued expenses, deferred revenues).
6.\tAdministrative Tasks
o\tTrack and report on copier usage, utility charges, and lease payments.
o\tManage and maintain organized digital records for expense reimbursements and invoices.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00
