CACI has an immediate opening for a Administrative Assistant providing support/services to United Stated Fleet Forces Command (USFFC) under the Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) contract at Naval Station Norfolk..
What You’ll Get to Do:
Tasker Execution:
Assists in the receipt, creation, modification, assignment, tracking, and closeout phases of all classified and unclassified taskers under the cognizance of USFF Command.
Utilize the Command Tasker System (CTS) and Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) tasker management systems to execute daily actions/support.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and assembles and disseminates reports on current status of all work within assigned area of responsibility.
Records Management:
Assist in planning, organizing, reviewing, coordinating, and developing/recommending controls to be established by the government. Support will be provided to USFF Records Manger for all USFF records activities as assigned.
Conducts compliance reviews to determine if current DON procedures are in accordance with federal regulations under the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and the General Records Schedules (GRS) issued by the National Archives and Records Administration.
Completes routine Records Management assignments when required, to include, but not limited to, assisting in the planning and development of both an enterprise records management program and a USFF HQ records management program.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active DOD Secret clearance
High School Diploma.
Competency with office automation software (Microsoft Office), multimedia program and equipment (PC, printer, copies, scanner)
Must possess excellent command of English language (grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.).
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
In-depth knowledge of MS Office products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$18.59
