Job Description Qualifications:

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Staff Analyst (Level 3) to join our team based in North Charleston, South Carolina.

The successful candidate is motivated and familiar with working in a manufacturing business environment. Must be comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization, possess an ability to focus on current projects in place supporting the organization, with excellent time management and organizational skills. 

Position Responsibilities:

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiativesCoordinate various meeting requests and requirements to support standard and emergent needsProvides data for management review and tracking performance to plan. Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefingsConducts research and analyzes data from multiple sourcesMonitor and track current projects in place along with take on responsibility to develop additional projects that support both management and manufacturing needsPartner with additional staff analysts on various projects as neededProvides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the North Charleston, South Carolina facility.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

3+ years’ experience using Microsoft Office applications3+ years’ experience facilitating meetings and presenting to senior leaders3+ years’ experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data3+ years' experience using or applying metrics to measure performance against projects to ensure high quality delivery

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

3+ years’ experience working as a Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution3+ years’ experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems     

Typical Education/Experience
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience, a Master’s degree and typically 4 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
