What We Offer:

Role Summary: Staff Assistant/Team Lead
In this role, you’ll be an integral part of the store’s success, helping guide the team to deliver outstanding service and member experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive revenue by up-selling and cross-selling AAA products, including new memberships, credit cards, and insurance referrals.Plan domestic travel vacations for members, assisting with car rentals, hotels, vacation packages, maps, tour books, and TripTiks.Assist with overflow calls for Roadside Assistance during peak times.Support the Retail Manager in enhancing the customer experience by leading associates and promoting AAA’s Shared Values.Oversee store operations in the absence of the Retail Manager, addressing administrative and associate-related needs.Serve as backup for cashiers when needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma/GED required.Experience: At least 6 months of sales or customer service experience.Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and oral; proficient computer skills and the ability to multitask across various websites and programs.Bonus: Knowledge of maps and geography is a plus!
