Staff Assistant to the COO
Government Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between the COO and government officials, congressional staff, and relevant agencies.Capitol Hill Engagement: Schedule and coordinate meetings with congressional offices, attend hearings and briefings, and provide regular updates on legislative developments.Policy Monitoring: Track and analyze relevant legislation and regulatory proposals impacting the blockchain/crypto industry, providing timely summaries and analysis to the COO.Briefing Preparation: Prepare briefing materials, talking points, and presentations for the COO's meetings with government officials and policymakers.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders on Capitol Hill, in regulatory agencies, and within relevant industry associations.Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of company events and conferences targeting government audiences.Communication & Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses, with a focus on communications to government offices.Calendar Management: Manage the COO’s complex and ever-changing calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, prioritizing those with government officials.Information Management: Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access to important documents and information, especially those related to policy and government interactions.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
