We are seeking a talented Land Development Staff Engineer III to join our team in the Dover, DE office.

Responsibilities: Assist Project Managers with technical, and civil engineering design or provide Project Management  Perform technical engineering work associated with land development and/or water resources: Water and wastewater infrastructure design Stormwater management design  Site grading  Erosion and sediment control design  Prepare plans for agency/municipal review Completion of various land development and environmental permitting applications  Attend meetings with municipal officials, engineers, developers, and contractors Candidate should be a critical thinker, be willing to learn through trial and error, be self-motivated, and willing to put the full effort towards the task at hand  Candidate should have a strong desire to grow and advance as an engineer or technical designer

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET-accredited institution 5+ years of experience in land development, infrastructure, or civil-site engineering design AutoCAD proficiency required, Civil 3D preferred Familiarity with HydroCAD or other stormwater modeling software preferred Knowledge of green infrastructure practices, such as bioretention systems, permeable pavement, infiltration systems, and green roofs Familiarity with ArcGIS software Must be able to pass a background check to be considered
