Staff Compensation Partner
Overview As a Staff Executive Compensation Business Partner, you will play a critical role in the Total Rewards team, assisting the design, implementation, and governance of our executive compensation programs, short term incentive programs, and long term incentive programs (stock). You will provide expert counsel and strategic direction to ensure our programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our business objectives. You will also play a key role in supporting the quarterly Compensation Committee meetings. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of best practices in compensation programs. You will be comfortable with ambiguity, possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and thrive in our fast-paced and collaborative culture. What you'll bring + 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation, with a focus on executive compensation and stock programs. + Knowledgeable about external factors and trends that affect executive compensation programs + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights that inform next steps and influence decisions. + Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to various audiences. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. How you will lead + Assist the design, implementation and governance of executive compensation programs, including short term plans, long-term incentive plans, and deferred compensation programs. + Provide expert advice and guidance to HR Business Partners and business leaders on all matters related to executive compensation. + Lead the development and delivery of executive compensation training and communication materials. + Manage the annual executive compensation benchmarking process, including data analysis, peer group selection, and the development of recommendations. + Partner with the executive recruiting team to develop competitive offer packages and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new executives. + Forecast and model the potential impact of plan design changes and regulatory updates. + Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in executive compensation. + Assist in the development of materials, agendas, and presentations for Board of Directors Compensation Committee meetings. + Support the design, implementation, and governance of broad-based stock programs, including budget forecasting, developing materials for budget approval, and creating training resources for key stakeholders Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $155,000 - 210,500.
