Team overview We are searching for an experienced Design Operations Specialist to partner closely with the Customer Strategy and Storytelling team, a group of passionate design strategists dedicated to championing Intuit’s customers and audiences through all brand experiences. You can bring all the critical pieces together when it comes to customer storytelling - strategy, business outcomes, narratives, and audience needs - to produce transformative experiences for our audiences. You’ll be sitting on a strategy team of ~8-10 multidisciplinary strategists and partnering with a design strategist to lead the team from strategy through execution. You’ll be partnering closely with program managers in other business units/functions to align the delivery of high-quality work to the most critical events throughout the year, such as Intuit’s Investor Day or Intuit Connect. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the design strategy as a discipline and a strong passion for collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to create unique and memorable experiences. What you'll bring + A stellar attitude, zest for design and a passion to help bring great brand and storytelling experiences to life + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. + Min 5-7+ years of production/project management/program management experience within Design and/or Design strategy + Deep experience working with creative/design teams, understanding how to integrate processes with creative minds and demonstrate influence with cross-functional partners. + Proven track record of delivery and execution of medium to large scale programs. + Strong experience with Agile development and methodologies and related software and tools to keep organized. + Thorough understanding of the creative development processes and product development life cycle. + Brings order to complex programs and can scope and prioritize projects, identify risks and dependencies, define schedules, and work independently. + Confidently manages ambiguity with a track record of creative problem solving that demonstrates flexibility. How you will lead + Work closely with the design strategists and lead by example as a strategic and critical success partner. + Provide strategic oxygen by empowering the strategy team to maximize its productivity; manage its initiatives and operational needs. You identify and solve team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, asset management, etc. + Be the critical bridge between Brand and Transformation and internal partners to to align the delivery of critical work against key events. + Build strong relationships and act as a bridge between the customer strategy team and our partners across the business at QuickBooks, Mailchimp, Credit Karma and TurboTax. + You help define and establish key op mechs/meetings to manage large and small event deliverables through all phases of implementation. + You thrive in working through the complexity of managing multiple calendars and brokering key meetings that need to happen across the organization EOE AA M/F/Vet/Disability.
