Responsibilities

Performs ongoing orientation, training and education to all members of the Care Management team. Staff Educator will assume responsibility in ensuring that staff will have knowledge of regulations, protocols and workflows. Responsible for establishing all educational modules and training kits as needed, as well as performing random audits to assure compliance. home care, nursing, RN, homecare, nurse, home care nurse, home care RN

Qualifications Baccalaureate degree in nursing requiredMaster's degree in nursing, education or related field preferredMinimum of two (2) years care management experience required. Managed Care experience preferred. UAS NY knowledge requiredRequires a Registered Nurse licenseExcellent analytical skills, interpretation of dataStrong critical thinking skillsKnowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulationsAbility to set priorities and to handle multiple assignmentsWorking knowledge of audit techniques and methodologiesWorking knowledge of State and Federal regulationsTravels to perform business partners training Min USD $101,503.41/Yr.
