Overview La Vida Llena is a beautiful CCRC in Albuquerque. We are currently looking for a compassionate and talented Director of Staff Development and Infection Control, to join our Skilled Nursing team. In this role you will oversee onboarding of new healthcare employees, ensure training programs are in place and initiated, that our new team-members have what they need to be successful, as well as assist in the infection control program. Wages: DOE $84,000 - $105,000 / year About You: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license from an accredited program, school or university required Previous experience nursing experience in a skilled nursing setting required. Previous experience with infection control. Previous experience onboarding and orienting new staff. Previous experience educating or conducting in-services within a healthcare setting, SNF preferred.
