Staff Electrical Engineer- PCB Design

Join us and turn your technical expertise into life-changing innovations. **What You Will Do:** + Independently design and develop schematics and PCB layouts for electronic circuit boards in medical devices, ensuring alignment with system requirements. + Develop, review, and execute electrical system tests using advanced equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, logic analyzers) to validate performance and reliability. + Identify and evaluate solutions to complex product design challenges, balancing tradeoffs at the component and sub-system levels. + Lead the creation and refinement of technical documentation, including schematics, design descriptions, stack-up calculations, and manufacturing test specifications. + Interface with manufacturers to define and implement manufacturing test specifications for scalable production. + Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Clinical, Marketing, and Project Management to drive project success. + Build relationships and influence across engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence. + Deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and a strong commitment to meeting business priorities such as process improvements, technology advancements, and product development from concept to launch. **What You Need (Required Qualifications):** + Bachelor's degree in EE or related discipline & 4+ years of work experience. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Advanced understanding of electrical components and manufacturing methods including common failure modes. + Ability to interpret, analyze, and test electrical designs. + Working knowledge of the electrical design process. + Proficiency in the use of CAD and/or other circuit design and analysis tools to design. + Knowledge of standard technologies used in industry. + Ability to interpret and analyze system drawings with basic Mechanical/Software/Electrical Interactions. + Knowledge of sub-system, system, and environmental interactions and how to design to them.
