Leading land development firm Poulos & Bennett is actively seeking a Staff Engineer for immediate employment in their Orlando, Florida office. This position provides a unique opportunity to join an established, well-respected, and growing Land Planning, Civil Engineering, and Construction Management firm with a variety and diverse range of projects. Responsibilities Prepare engineering design calculations and construction plans to directly support residential, commercial, and roadway developments including site grading, stormwater, utility design, as well as prepare written drainage and utility reportsCode, entitlements, and general due diligence researchPrepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D Qualifications 2 or more years of Civil Engineering experienceExperience with ICPR, WaterCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3DUnderstanding of stormwater, utility design and land developmentUnderstanding of permitting process, codes, and criteriaExperience preparing construction plans and reportsExperience in Florida preferredBS in Civil or Environmental EngineeringAuthorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Highly organizedProficient in MS Excel, Word, OutlookAble to manage multiple tasks and deadlinesDetail orientedAbility to work well in a team environmentMust be solution orientedSelf-motivatedExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Options Apply for this jobApplyShare Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
