Whether through research and development, technology innovation or solution engineering, our people play vital roles in connecting consumers with the products and platforms of tomorrow. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead design and development efforts using Adobe Commerce/Magento + Collaborate in a fast-paced, scaled agile methodology team + Act as a technical mentor for less experienced developers + Work with various teams to gather requirements, understand expectations, and present solutions + Participate in Agile Scrum processes, including discovery and level of effort estimating. + Review detailed designs to develop new features + Ensure the highest quality of code through code reviews + Support integration, documentation, and launch of new products **Skills, Experience and Requirements** **Education and Experience:** + Engineering degree with 5+ years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise systems built on Adobe Commerce/Magento **Skills and Qualifications:** + Strong expertise in PHP, Laminas Framework, DevOps, SQL, JavaScript, and GraphQL + Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database, and caching techniques + Familiarity with GitLab, Jira, Docker + Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently **Salary Ranges** Compensation: $110,100.00/Year - $157,300.00/Year **Benefits** We offer versatile health perks, including flexible spending accounts, HSA, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, career opportunities, and a flexible time away plan; all benefits can be viewed here: DISH Benefits .
