The Staff Engineer for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to architect, design, Code, debug and implement software features, enhancements working collaboratively with team. He or She will develop quick prototypes to demonstrate the design concepts and product ideas to team and management. Furthermore, the candidate will work independently as well as with SME’s.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and mentor a team of developers to solve complex engineering challenges and drive continuous improvement. Architect, design, code, and test robust software solutions while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Champion software development best practices to maintain high-quality standards.Develop prototypes to demonstrate design concepts, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to translate needs into actionable features.The essential requirements of the job include:
Bachelor’s/Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field with 12 – 15 years of proven experienceExpert in C++ and MFC languages.Expert in writing and optimizing database queries.Great Exposure to DevOps, Continuous Integration, delivery and deployment, version Control (e.g., git).Hands on experience in distributed loosely coupled Microservice architecture.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
