Q-Support to PPU in Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) and Preventive Quality Planning (PQP) as part of TTM processMain interface of rBU all supplier quality related issues after SOP (e.g. ECR, 8D, concessions, defect cost reimbursement, …)First escalation level for the Plant for purchased parts quality issuesSupport achievement of Cost targets for related Product Group along the entire Product Life Cycle

Job Scope

Purchasing Quality responsibility and accountability for the responsible Product Group within the rBU along the product life cyclePQP (Preventive Quality Planning) for purchased parts; Operative handling of initial samples / ISIR releaseComplaint managementBlocked stock handling & Concession handlingRepresent Purchasing in Plant Point-CIP activitiesMeasure supplier Quality Performance: Plant / rBU specific KPIsOperative handling of quality cost reimbursementTrigger escalation of supplier (as input of Q-escalation process)Support all the relevant quality projects in rBU project teamRPP / Tooling (incl. tooling transfer): Tech. Discussion, measurement harmonization, Process audit, Test & qualification-check, Product Certifications

QualificationsDegree holder or above in technical field (preferably mechanical / electrical engineering).Min. 4 - 6 years experience in quality field and 2 years in purchasing/supplier quality field.Understand and apply Quality tools and project management.Understand processes of key components.Analytical mindset and with creative idea, resourceful, openness and trustworthy person.Understand and apply relevant quality tools.Understand product and its process (e.g.: molding of plastic parts, PCB/PCBA, etc).Ability to make contacts and intercultural skills.Detail and out spoken.Decision making approach, result and customer orientation.Team player, works well with all level.
