The Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking Staff Information Systems Technical Analyst to join our Enterprise 1ERP organization.  This position will report directly to the 1ERP Operations Director.

This position can be fully remote and does not need to report into an office.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts. Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.Ability to work on unusually complex technical problems and provide solutions which are highly innovative and ingenious.Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives. Assignments are often self- initiated. Determine and pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.Serves as organization spokesperson on advanced projects and/or programs. Acts as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.Collaborate, define, and deliver technical solutions to a wide range of complex difficult problems that are imaginative, thorough, practicable, and consistent with organizational goals and objectives.Support a diverse, cross-sector, cross-functional team of technical and business experts and end users.Be able to prioritize recurring work, changing priorities, and updating ticket status with relevant information and seeing efforts through to completion.Support process improvement activities to deliver the highest quality of service to sector customers.Collaboration between systems analysts/programmers and 1ERP Business Technology Partners (Level 3) to ensure that information technology designs in SAP meet the needs of the end users within the Sector. Participate in the definition, implementation, and optimization of automated systems and processes, and support for special projects, as required.Support non-recurring projects, requirements gathering, test development/execution, security design, change management and implementation/go-live support.

Candidates will need to be self-starters, with strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal). Additionally, candidates must have the ability to work with a team, solve hardest problems, deliver innovative solutions, and high customer satisfaction.

Basic Requirements:

At least 14 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree; OR 12 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree OR 9 years of experience with PhD; in lieu of a degree 14 years of experience can be acceptedTechnical Expertise in OpenText VIM Central Workplace and VIM Invoice Workplace (Vendor Invoice Management) version 20.4 in S4HANA or higher, Enterprise Scan and associated Fiori appsAbility and knowledge to support technical upgrades - VIM upgrades/service packs and update VIM custom code to S/4 HANA standards and deprecate old code objects.Familiarity with VIM KPI reporting to analyze process technical inefficiency and change as required to increase efficiency and throughput.Ability perform VIM configuration, abort resolution, and troubleshoot issues, including the ability to perform a debug.Must be able to create and manage customer Workflow scenarios, process options and custom objects such as Classes, Function Groups, Programs, Interfaces, Enhancements.Ability to analyze and perform ABAP programming.Ability to maintain Enterprise Scan profiles that allow scanned invoices to be archived and trigger VIM OCR processing.Provide Technical support around break/fix, maintenance and enhancement requests, communications and strategic direction related to Accounts Payable in multiple S4 ERP environments, CostPoint, VIM Central Workplace and VIM Invoice Workplace (Vendor Invoice Management) version 20.4 in S4HANA, Enterprise Scan, Fiori apps.Demonstrated support and leadership experience as a high performing individual.Develop, design, test and validate SAP configuration/customizing related to new business processes developed as part of the business process improvement initiatives.Must be willing and able to occasionally work outside of normal business hours (including weekends) if necessary and be camera ready.Monitor metrics and pro-actively identify, recommend, and execute systemic process improvements.Able to support after hours maintenance and upgrades on critical systems and provide on call support as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with VIM Invoice Workplace (Vendor Invoice Management) version 20.4 or higher in S4HANAExperience with OT Archive Server and Content ServerExperience with master data and configuration as typically used by the Aerospace and Defense industry.Preferrable to have worked on multiple, enterprise-scale SAP implementation projects.Experience working virtually and being camera ready.Strong knowledge in MS Excel and/or AccessProven Leadership on Major projects/initiatives

Salary Range: $136,300.00 - $204,500.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
