The Raytheon Executive Director of Manufacturing Operations for Effectors and Site Executive for Tucson, AZ is seeking a Staff Executive to provide critical support by serving as a strategic partner and operational leader. The role will ensure the alignment of site priorities with company goals, facilitate smooth operations, and support decision-making processes across key initiatives. The Staff Executive will oversee strategic projects, operational management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement while maintaining a focus on budget, performance monitoring, and compliance. This role requires the utmost discretion and safeguarding of sensitive personnel, business, and proprietary information. The ideal candidate will be a creative, innovative troubleshooter with strong organization, coordination, planning, analytical, teaming, cooperation, and problem-solving skills. **What You Will Do** + Alignment of Priorities: Ensure site activities are aligned with overarching company objectives and manage the execution of high-priority initiatives. + Decision Support: Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide analytical support to inform decision-making and strategic direction. + Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Site Executive and other departments, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. + Program Oversight: Monitor and track the progress of key projects, addressing any challenges or issues as they arise. + Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with financial objectives. + Performance Monitoring: Implement metrics and tracking systems to measure progress against both strategic and operational goals. + Team Leadership: Coordinate site council and staff, fostering a high-performance culture that aligns with company values and site objectives. Leads through influence + Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and industry partners. + Crisis and Incident Management: Collaborate with the Business Resilience and Crisis Management (BRCM) team to support incident response, ensuring the Site Executive and Council are well-informed and prepared to act. + Meeting Preparation: Plan agendas, coordinate briefings, and ensure the Site Executive is well-prepared for all meetings and engagements. + Policy and Compliance: Ensure that initiatives, projects, and activities comply with corporate policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. **Qualifications You Must Have** + Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of eight (8) years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years’ experience. + Experience with working with budgets, working with projects, operational management, or finance. + Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
