What are we looking for?

We are looking for an engineer who is passionate about good developer and user experience, as well as reusability. In this role, you will work on Gravity Design System: an enterprise design system including a UI component library in React, used by over 100 front-end engineers at SentinelOne. You will work with a group of UX designers and frontend engineers and will contribute code, documentation and processes to ensure the design system is scalable, clear and easy to use. You treat product engineers as our customers, understanding their needs and proposing solutions to improve the developer experience. While creating the design system, you focus on accessibility: from basic things like color contrast to more advanced topics like accessible patterns, you bring your knowledge of accessibility to the table.

What will you do?  Create and maintain UI components from API proposal to actual implementation, as well as tools leveraged by all UI developers in the company. Create and maintain component API documentation (Storybook). Closely collaborate with the UX and engineering of Gravity team to build components that are easy to use and follow the engineering standards of SentinelOne. Provide constructive feedback in code and design reviews for continuous improvements. What skills and knowledge should you bring? Multiple years of experience with frontend development 3+ years of experience working with React Expertise in creating and managing reusable, scalable, and well-documented design systems Understanding of accessibility principles, experience using tools like Axe and screen readers Ability to closely collaborate with UX and PMs to break down complex concepts and suggest an implementation roadmap Understanding of UX and UI principles Why Us?

Salary from 5000 EUR/month.
Yearly variable target bonus depending on the performance of the company, paid out in 2 installments.
*The final base salary component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
