§ Manages Staff House to ensure that all bedrooms and public areas are cleaned and safe to the highest standard.
§ Complies with the policies and procedure of the Staff House.
§ Ensures that all in-house rules and regulations are communicated to employees.
§ Ensures patrol has been carried out in all public areas, associate’s restaurants, and all other areas of the Staff house.
§ Prepares weekly work schedules, reports and follow-up on repair and maintenance work.
§ Assigns rooms, issue keys, room lists, house assistant checklists, and cleaning schedules to housekeeping staff at the beginning of the shift and collects and checks them at the end of the shift.
§ Checks all work given to the Room Assistants, Linen porters, and Technician throughout the day to ensure standards are being adhered to.
§ Raises job order to Engineering department for repair and maintenance work.
§ Ensuring that accommodation is clean, well maintained, and attractively presented.
§ Be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the cleanliness and maintenance of staff rooms, common areas, and other facilities.
§ Reports to Human Resources Manager/ Director of Human Resources.

Bachelor's Degree on Hospitality Management/ Certificate of Housekeeping
2 year of experience in the position of Floor Supervisor/ Housekeeping Coordinator/ HK Secretary in Luxury resort and urban city.
Pre-opening experience is preferable.
Good English communication.
